These terms apply to your use of the Grazzzoo website at www.grazzzoo.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is run by Karthik Mat Industries, a sole proprietorship trading as Grazzzoo, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN 33DRVPS6035N1ZV). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Karthik Mat Industries.

1. The site is for information

The site shows information about Grazzzoo products. You cannot buy anything on the site itself. When you choose to buy, the “Buy” and “Shop on Amazon” buttons take you to the product’s listing on Amazon.in. Your order, payment, delivery, cancellation, return and refund are handled by Amazon.in and are governed by Amazon.in’s conditions of use and policies, and by any terms shown on the listing at the time you buy.

Returns and product issues: orders placed on Amazon.in follow Amazon.in’s return policy. If you have any problem with a Grazzzoo product, you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +91 74487 04660 and we will do our best to help.

2. Product information, images and prices

We try to keep product details accurate and up to date. However:

  • prices, offers, ratings, availability, delivery times and other listing details can change on Amazon.in at any time. The live Amazon.in listing at the time you buy is what counts. Any price or rating shown on the site is for reference only and may be out of date;
  • product photos are for illustration. Colours can look different on different screens, and packaging may change; and
  • sizes and specifications are given in good faith. Please check the Amazon.in listing before you buy.

If you notice a mistake on the site, please tell us so we can fix it.

The Grazzzoo name and logo, and the site’s text, design, layout, graphics and product photos, belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise use any of this content for commercial purposes, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

“Amazon” and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • break any law or anyone else’s rights;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or related systems, or interfere with how the site works (for example, by introducing malware or overloading it);

8. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or the site.
