Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the Grazzzoo website at www.grazzzoo.com (the “site”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

Who we are

The site is run by Karthik Mat Industries, a sole proprietorship trading as Grazzzoo, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN 33DRVPS6035N1ZV). In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Karthik Mat Industries.

The short version

  • The site is for information only. You cannot create an account, place an order or pay on it.
  • The site has no forms, no sign-up, no cookies, no analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not use your browser’s local storage.
  • Fonts and images are served from the site itself. No third-party content is loaded when you open a page.
  • Purchases happen on Amazon.in. Amazon’s own privacy notice and terms govern those orders, not this policy.
  • If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send us.

What we collect

1. When you browse the site

The site is a static website. It does not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other detail, and it does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.

Like almost every website, our website hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information in server logs when your browser requests a page. This typically includes your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We do not use them to identify you or to build a profile of you.

The site uses a small amount of JavaScript only to run the page itself: the mobile menu, the product option selector, a scroll-progress bar and on-scroll animations. None of it sends information anywhere.

2. When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp at +91 74487 04660, we receive your phone number, your name or profile name if you share it, and whatever you tell us (for example, a question about a product). We use this only to reply to you and to help with your query.

WhatsApp is a service run by WhatsApp LLC / Meta. Messages you send through it are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

3. When you buy on Amazon.in

The “Buy” and “Shop on Amazon” buttons on the site are ordinary links to Amazon.in. When you click one, you leave our site. Your browser may tell Amazon.in that you came from www.grazzzoo.com. Everything you do on Amazon.in, including your account, order, payment, delivery and returns, is handled by Amazon under Amazon.in’s privacy notice and conditions of use. We do not receive your payment details through this site.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to:

  • run, secure and fix the site;
  • answer your calls and messages; and
  • meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except where needed to answer you (for example, through the phone or WhatsApp service itself), where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

  • Server logs: up to 90 days.
  • Calls and WhatsApp messages: up to 1 year, or longer if the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules set out how personal data must be handled. Subject to those laws, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • erase it when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires us to keep it; and
  • withdraw any consent you gave. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

You can also nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on it.

Grievances

If you have a concern or complaint about how we handle your personal data, you can raise it with us by phone or WhatsApp on +91 74487 04660. We will acknowledge and resolve it within the timelines required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.

Children

The site is a general product information site and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (under 18). If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before contacting us. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site has no logins or forms, which keeps the data involved to a minimum. We take reasonable care with the messages and call details we receive. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if the site adds a feature or if the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
